Liked them to the airport...
We traveled for April school vacation and used Charles B to get to the airport on somebodies recommendation. All great until we got home to a message that he was unable to pick us up as scheduled, Just what you want when you had it all planned out.

Ride into aiport was great, ride home was another story!!
We recently used Charles B. Livery to get to Logan Airport on 4/15 and we have no complaints about that ride. However, our return trip on 4/22 was very different. We had paid up front for both rides and confirmed with Charles on our ride in that we would be picked up the following Saturday. We landed slightly early on 4/22 and texted the two phone numbers we had for the company to let them know. We heard back from both numbers, which indicated that our driver was on the way and would arrive shortly. Note: No one ever reached out to us directly, as a driver typically would, to let you know that he/she is outside waiting for you. After numerous texts back and forth and OVER AN HOUR of waiting outside in the cold in the Limo lot, our ride arrived. However, he had no idea who we were. It turns out, he was looking for another family and we were asked to leave his vehicle. After contacting his boss, the driver discovered that our ride home had been "subbed out" to another local cab company. However, neither we NOR that other cab company had been informed of our names, our flight information or our destination. We suspect that Charles forgot about our ride entirely and scrambled at the last minute to have someone pick us up. Our ride home was with Bayside Coach of Hull and our driver was great. We will NEVER use Charles B. Livery again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. On top of it, the only communications we got from Charles (the owner) was, "Did your driver ever pick you up?" and then, "They were supposed to call you. I had a flight that came in late. And I would not of made it on time. They told me they were 15 minutes out. I really do apologize for that." Unacceptable.
