Think about the balcony

We attended a Righteous Brothers concert here and were pleased with the venue. The parking was good, the hall was small enough to feel connected to the entertainers, and the acoustics were pretty satisfactory. Our tip is that the side balconies offers some good seats which are better than many on the floor. The seating on the floor is by folding seats, and the floor is flat. So the sight lines from not too many rows back isn't very good. The mezzanine part of the balcony is sloped and thus better. But it is fairly far back in the hall. By contrast many the side balcony seats have good sight lines. Moreover, the balcony is lower than many, which further enhances the view.

Smaller Venue, Excellent Acoustics, Excellent eTicketing, Good Parking
I attended a John Hiatt concert here and found the venue to be quite good. The acoustics were excellent in this hall that has about 750 seats. We were down on the floor about 7 rows back so I can't speak for the balcony. The seating is a bit narrow. The eTicketing was done by Spectacle Management which was easy to use and the tickets were available 4 days before the concert just as promised. The fee was minimal ($7.75) compared to other ticketing services that I've used. We arrived early to have dinner before the concert and found parking to be very easy to find at 6 pm on a Friday at a cost of $1.50. The restaurant which was just across the street was very good also. I would definitely use this venue for future concerts.

Very convenient concert venue in an old Town building
Been here a couple times for concerts. Great sized venue (approx 800 seats) with a large floor and equally large wraparound balcony. Very good sightlines and decent acoustics for a place that was built to hold Town Meetings (and still can hold them). Very eclectic concerts here, ranging from 50's revivals to symphonies to more current artists. Lots of parking nearby and great restaurants, too
