We Had a Fantastic Time with Family Bowling and Arcade Games..Of Course the Wine and Beer Helped Us Bowl Better!
I personally have not been bowling for probably 15 years, but my grandson had to drag out Grandpa this afternoon. They had both Ten Pin and Candlepin, but Candlepin was never in my part of the world growing up, so we did ten pin. I was amazed on how computerized everything was regarding scoring. The last time I bowled it was with paper and pencil keeping score. The video screens on each lane also kept you amused every time a spare or strike was done. The bowling alley was very clean and well maintained. There was a wide selection of balls to fit everyone. They was also an arcade, so after bowling 2 games, off we went to spend more money. Of course this time if you win in the arcade, the kids get tickets to turn in for prizes. I called it "Casio For Kids". Get them hooked into winning and I bet they will hit the casinos at 21 years of age. There was also a wide variety of beers, wines and bar food. We have some wine and beer between us, but did not sample the food. I'm sure it was not gourmet. All in all, bowling was more enjoyable now with computerized scoring. Did not have to use your brain.
