Great walking trail!
Walked from Millbury to Worcester. There is water along most of the trail. It’s clean, minimal trash, smells great, water is flowing. It’s a great walk!

Traveled the Trail -
We have walked and biked this path many times - we have always felt safe. There is more trash, though, as you get closer to the Walmart side - not sure if it is from the highway or not. There are a few scenic vistas along the path. We particularly like where the water goes by.. We have seen water fowl, beavers and turtles. It is an easy walk for both young and old.

Easy walking path
The Millbury side is very clean, not much litter. As you approach the SAM clubs Worcester area - there are a lot of trash on the trail. The trail is very easy to walk and safe. I've seen singles jogging, family biking and couples walking with dogs. I walked the full length I guessed about 2 miles each way. Web site says 2.5 miles one way,
