Worst experience ever
I had hired this business through a third party reservation site. It took me multiple tries to confirm that I was all set. I asked a woman I spoke to referred me to a picture of the party bus I was renting on Facebook. It was a basic model but presentable. The day of my daughter's prom, the bus that showed up was unwashed and dusty, had an old limo companies logo covered with a black window that didn't match rest of bus and a rusting back bumper. Inside, seats were ripped. It was too late to cancel or they wouldn't have a ride. I called the owner immediately to complain- he called back the next morning and admitted he had sent the oldest bus in the fleet. He had overcharged us a half hour and I had tipped when it was supposedly included in quote. He was only refunding what I overpaid but canceled payment on the check when I honestly reviewed him on Gigmsster. He is horrible to work with- one day nice and the next irrational.
