This is the perfect place to showcase such a large, expressive piece of artwork. It is in an open area that people can see from several angles and appreciate. it is also set in sand so young children can play in this area and climb on the pieces safely.

    Interesting....
    So the art work is incredible and there seems to be a lot of lifelike artwork in National Harbor. It's cool to see and a conversation starter but not sure I would just go there to see it. You truly can't miss it if you are staying at the Harbor.

    Weird!
    I really like this thing. It's a pretty area at sunset with the Ferris wheel and the giant breaking forth from the sand. There are several unusual sculptures in the area, including a naked fat man on a turtle.
