Excellent customer service!
**Excellent** customer service!! We purchased the Funtime booking protection and it was well worth it. We unfortunately had rain on and off throughout our week- long vacation to Deep Creek, but because we had the protection plan we were able to easily move around our reservation time to best fit the good weather windows. The staff at Funtime were very helpful and accommodating and we feel like they went above and beyond to make it work out for us! The boats were in great condition and easily held the 11 people in our family (6 adults and 5 children). We rented a tube and the kids (and adults!) loved it. I highly recommend Funtime, especially because I'm not aware of another outfitter at Deep Creek that offers booking protection.

A Fun Ride
We arrived at the end of the day. As no other rentals after us, they gave us an extra half hour no charge and a free tube to pull, which is regularly $10. An hour would be more than enough. The pontoon easily held us, a party of 8, as boat capacity is 11 ppl, or some total weight capacity. Boat power was fine. The staff are all very friendly. We enjoyed the experience

Fun Lake Tour
We went for a hour tour of the lake in a pontoon boat. The staff really hustled to get people into rental boats and others out on tours, as they were short staff that weekend. They were very nice. We enjoyed looking at the lake homes and the dam as part of the tour. We didn't realize how big the lake was and that you could only see a portion of it in 1 hour.
