Well done

Small museum that offers a variety of displays: geological, local, historic and more. Very pleasant docent who offered local sites to visit when we volunteered that we were snow birds. Very clean and nicely laid out with a small reading room. Restrooms on site. While there is no entry fee, donations are accepted and we willingly gave to this local treasure.

    Really enjoyed
Museum is in an old school . Takes you back in time. Exhibits are well done . Rooms with history of Mormon settlement. Victorian clothes, beds, children's cribs, photos of Marble Falls bridges - one that they imploded. They were setting up an exhibit of constructed bison bones that a youngster found while fishing. He wasn't catching any fish so laid his pole down and started drawing in the dirt and began uncovering the bones.

Necessary stop if you're a local
Very enlightening about the Mormans but really interesting is the total story about furnishing the granite for the state capital. If you live in the area, it's a very interesting hour.
