My wife and I encountered a glitch when we ordered our tickets for the recent W. C. Clark show at Brass Hall. We were thrilled with the over the top, world-class customer service we received from them. They resolved our situation quickly, professionally, and very satisfactorily. We thoroughly enjoyed the show. The venue is set up well for shows and the sound man and sound system were top notch. We also received great service from the wait staff.
