Priceless

I was amazed to see the variety of gems that is in this museum, there are over twenty different types of real gems on display in this museum, some I haven't even heard the names before, it is a good thing that this Museum because it is very educative even though a bit quiet. One other thing is the 7000 kyats that one needs to pay before entry, I think it should be free. I suggest if you want to buy any gems too, it is better you buy at the shops in the Museum because then you are assured you would get the real thing. No photos allowed. The country is blessed.

    Insightful and informative
Very quiet but interesting museum which really gives a clear picture of how rich the mineral wealth of Mynmar is. Some incredible gems and other exhibits on display.

    Good display of Gems Stones
I liked this place, I went here twice. When you go inside the museum, you cannot bring in your cameras or any mobile gadgets. But you will still appreciate the beauty of all the stones/gems displayed in this museum. Don't forget to buy tiger's eye or your birth stone in their Gem Store.
