This tour was definitely worth the time and money! The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the area. He kept the conversation light and funny. We originally thought that it would have been better to take the tour at the beginning of our week in Portland, but taking it on the last full day there was even better, as we now have started to build our itinerary for our next visit. Sign up!!! You won't regret it.

Highly Recommend!
The Real Portland Tour did not disappoint! Owner and operator, Derek shared his knowledge of a city he clearly loves using humor, puns and responsive dialogue with all of the participants. The tour does not overreach the terrain causing a need to rush from any of the stops. A well synchronized excursion, definitely recommend!

This was a great tour!
This tour was awesome. Our tour guide owns the company and is the only one who gives these tours. He grew up in the area, is a librarian at the local college and knows so much about Portland. He took us to several lighthouses, where we were able to get off to explore, and all over the city, including the waterfront. The bus was very comfortable. I highly recommend this tour! It is absolutely necessary if you truly want to get to know Portland.
