Enjoyable round while on family vacation
Enjoyed playing the course while on a long weekend to Ludington. There is a great variety of holes requiring different types of shots. There are subtle slopes in the fairways giving you varying lies. Greens were in great condition and the water hazards were manageable but required a bit of concentration. Our 13 year old loved the elevated tees and enjoyed seeing the wildlife. It was playable by all four of us with handicaps ranging from scratch to 40. The clubhouse is well maintained and the staff is extremely friendly. We loved giving a local family owned business our play. Highly recommend the course!

Beautifully Maintained and Nice for All Levels
When we're in the area, we use Lakeside as our "go to" golf course. The staff is friendly, the pro shop is clean and spacious, and the views on this course are gorgeous. With 27 holes, it's easy to get a tee time. It's challenging enough for good players but not impossibly so for us average ones, and I've never seen it in bad condition. Tip: If you want to hit a bucket first, ask. They have a separate driving range facility not visible from the course, and not advertised.

Nice track
Played with 6 others. Convenient south of Ludington near 31. Solid facility with ample parking, nice clubhouse and >18 holes. Multiple tee’s. Played East and South. Many holes have deceptive line from tee, but actually holes very playable.
