Indoor snow!!! Awesome

I have to give a 5 Stars rating to Kyra, she is very professional and has a great attitude, Awesome customer service and besides all of that, she is beautiful. Also I would like to recognize Chanou and Michelle also very helpful at the front desk, just beautiful girls. Thanx Michelle for taking care of our dinner and thanx to the Chef, dinner was tasty. And a 5 Stars to the Hotel even though is partially closed because of COVID-19 but I enjoy staying here. I brought 2 new customers to the Hotel and they like it and will return with their families.

    Great experience despite staff problems.
    Hotel itself is great, lots of fantastic facilities and things to do. Dining experience is another story. Again the food is amazing. The problem is actually getting somebody to take your order or actually notice that you are waiting already for 15 minutes before anybody comes near you. And then another 20 minutes before you can find anybody to take your food order. But the food did arrive pretty quick after ordered and it was absolutely delicious! Only other problem was the main course arriving at the table before the starter! Would definitely recommend this place but the management really have to improve the staff, or at least give them better training.

    Few things to review
    I honestly expected more from this 4 stars hotel comparing price and quality, but if you want to have rest after skiing I think it remains a good solution. The superior room are nice and big, wooden style, but there is no coffee facilities. The toilet is really basic with a white hospital style, not really fashion. The hotel should change the carpet style too. Even if the moquettes is not dirty (I hope) the design and the color in the entrance and in the hotel corridors create an old and dirty atmosphere. Anyway if you want to ski the site is nice especially for beginners. Beautiful "cosy" restaurants inside, warm wooden chic design (but they close too early, so if you want to use the night rate until 22h00 or 23h00 for skiing, be prepared you could not eat later). My problems started at the reception. I spent 20 minutes for the check-in. Maybe it was just exceptional but it wasn't a good experience. Finally I received the keys, but once arrived in front of the room with luggage and kid, the card was not working. I saw the housekeeper so I kindly asked her just to let me put the bags in the room, in order to go down again asking to change the card. I was alone with 4 bags and a child but she didn't want to open the door of my room and invited me to go down again at the reception. Since she was not helping me I had to go down another time (with luggage and young kid of course) in order to get another card key. I finally got a new one and I had to go up again, but once in my room I had other bad surprises: no towels and no toilet paper. I would like to underline that the lady at the reception spoke to the Management about all this, and they made a "trade gesture" like kind compensation in order to show a good attitude in solving problems, and I appreciate it. About the breakfast the choice is basic, but the cappuccino is nice and the personnel is smiling and helpful. So at the end, I recommend the site, but I suggest to improve some important "details" for the hotel.
