Great place to entertain the kids

Great place to entertain the kids come rain or shine. New attractions on this visit which is nice, a race car simulator. The kids love it. It is pretty dirty though. Really needs a good clean and the toilets should be inspected more often. Throw the kids in the bath when they get home!

    A kid's paradise.
I visited this large indoor play and attractions area for the second time recently. Placed outside Heerlen and within easy reach of the motorway it has plenty of parking and is a popular local attraction for younger children. By Theme Park standards the attractions are rather tame, however they aim at a younger children audience. New attractions since my last visit 4 years ago make it more dynamic, however some of the older attractions such as the log ride and peddle boats look a bit tired.

Great for adventurous 5-9 yr olds on a wet day
Large indoor play centre with a surprising amount of activities including a mini-rollercoaster, mini-log flume, dodgems and flight simulator. Also has several carousels, a soft play climbing area, a trampoline park and the biggest air pillow I’ve ever seen. It’s a little grubby but no worse than any equivalent play barn in the UK. All of the above are included in the entry price - €9 per person seems very fair for the children most of the activities are aimed at - those aged between 5-9 - but less so for toddlers who can’t access half the activities or parents who let’s face it, are using the visit as a chance for a rest. Being charged to exit the car park was a nice final touch! We left with mixed feelings - my elder kids loved it, my little one less so and I felt slightly relaxed but quite out of pocket for the experience. To be fair they are happy for you to take your own food and drink in rather than buying their offerings, so it could have been much worse. Definitely worth it if you’re at a loose end on a wet day in Heerlen.
