Impressive!

Kasteel De Keverberg is a beautiful castle! It's one of the oldest castles of the Netherlands, with a history that starts in the year 950. After being destroyed in World War II there were only some walls remaining. In 2015 the castle reopened and is now a proud castle with a unique mix of ancient history and modern architecture. A lot of glass is used in the rebuilding of the castle. On the top floor you have a beautiful view of the river the Maas (30 metres high!). Inside you can get a cup of coffee or tea, a nice cold beer or a glass of wine. Of course with some Limburgian specialties, like "Limburgse vlaai" (pastry/cake). Come and visit us and see for yourself!

    Pretty castle with nice cafe
Nice castle on the river maas, very cool inside so was nice because it was 37 degrees outside,! They sometimes have musicians playing which is nice to hear. There are different cafes along the river and if you want to cross the river you. An use the chain ferry to go across. Free parking in the square and a short walk to the castle

Nice mix between old and new
We had a wedding here last month and it was a very cosy and intimate area. it was on top of the castle and it has glass walls/roof so you can see the sky. It is a nice mixture between old and new.
