Visiting a cemetery gives you quite a good view of the history of a city. This on e even more as it is a part catholic and a part protestant. The famous grave-with-the-hands from a couple of mixed religion is a must see.

A well kept Graveyard with a personal attachment to me.
I have a relative interred here as unfortunately he was killed when his plane was shot down near Roermond in 1945, when he served in the Royal Air Force. It is an old cemetery which is well kept. The nine war graves are really well looked after by the Dutch people and are kept sick and span. They are honoured each year and have flowers planted in remembrance.

Beautiful and peaceful cemetary
Beautiful and peaceful, parts of the cemetary divided into sections, i.e. jewish part, war graves and children's graves etc., very serene and poignant.
