This place is so cool!
I wish there were translations of what the saying were on all the various monuments - but it was a very cool place to see.

A True China Experience
This is one of those amazing places that was a total surprise. The trip to the park is a great drive and right before you get to the park you will pass a fancy government owned hotel that I understand caters to the elite of China. Just pass this, you will enter the park and be able to drive to a parking lot. You will need to buy a shuttle ticket which will take you to the Body Building Walkway of Binhai Road. From here just walk down the road and enjoy the huge strange collection of sea life sculptures that line the cliffs along the road. The walk is pleasant and takes no more than an hour. If you like wrestling giant squid and taking selfies with huge hammerhead sharks and sea anemones, then this is the place. I can't say that I have ever seen anything quite like it. Enjoy!

What a lovely walk
I took bus 5 from near the railway station and I was there in 20 minuters. Just walk west after checking out the beach and you will be on a rewarding coastal walk with an amazing ending amongst elaborate and bizarre apartment buildings that could put Mad King Ludwig to shame. excellent.
