Cat Tien National Park Tours
Cat Tien Travel organised all of our Cat Tien NP tours including a Jungle Trek and River Cruise. We had the best guide who was very informative and enthusiastic in showing us the national park.

Helpful and flexible car tour
There are many ways to travel to and from Cat tien, but we are very happy that we opted for a chartered taxi from HCMC to Cat Tien, and then from Cat Tien to Da Lat. The roads are complex and busy, and buses can be unreliable. The taxi services offered by cat Tien travel were extremely good value, safe and clean. They also allowed us to stop at the some tourist places (eg dumbri falls) en route...

not overly tourist-y
I went during the monsoon month (August) so perhaps it's different during the dry season? I found the park not overly tourist-ified meaning not full of tracked animals that guides readily find for you. On the other hand, there isn't a lot of info available before hand on their website but you can ask at the park's reception. So don't go if you want to "tick off the boxes" in terms of what you'd like to see in the jungle, but do go if you want to experience some degree of Vietnamese wilderness. It's worth going to the Dao Tien primates rescue centre as they do great work and all ticket procedures go to the rescue centre. The village of Cat Tien is also really pleasant. It's worth getting a local guide/renting a bike to visit the farmlands and rest of the hamlet. Beautiful scenery and friendly locals.
