Haukkavuori Lookout Tower is located in the highest point of Kotka and the tower rises 72 meters above sea level. It is shown as a landmark of Kotka on arrival, whether you come by car or boat. From the deck of the tower stunning views over Kotka city and the Eastern Gulf of Finland archipelago are opening. The tower used to be a water tower and the water reservoir nowadays serves as an exhibition space during summer.

Huikeat näkymät yli Kotkan! Great view over Kotka!
Pienellä rappujen kapuamisella uskomattomat näköalat palkitsevat vaivan. Kesken kiipeämisen voi pysähtyä katsomaan taidetta kahdessa tilassa. The magnificent view that opens from the tower rewards the little effort of climbing the stairs. On the way up, you can check interesting art in two different spaces.

A great view
When you climb a hill, where the tower is situated, you will see a great view on the town, water. Rocks under your feet. A great Tower, but I haven't climbed it - it was not opened - I was early in the morning.
