one of the best museums in Lithuania
if you are a little interested in a true art rather than pop tourist stuff, it's a must visit. Mončys was a Lithuanian sculptor who lived and created in Paris. rarely one can see a healthy dose of irony, subtle sexuality and warmth/beauty of life combined in his pieces of art. and yeah, you can touch everything because the guy believed that sculptures must be touched. those who are interested in sounds will find his collection of special giant whistles, created by this genius sculptor, and music written for them.

You can touch the sculptures!
This museum is enjoyed both by adults and by children - according to the last will of the artist everyone can touch his sculptures! This is very unusual in museums. Museum itself is small, plan to spend about 1 hour.
