Lake Chala, an unspoilt gem

Beautiful day at the Lake on the border with Kenya. Stunning crater lake with kayaking. Just a 20 minute hike down steep paths to the bottom where the lodge staff have paddles and life vests. Then a delicious lunch in the lodge. To visit for the day and have lunch it is best to phone the lodge beforehand so that they can help you arrange your day.

    Nature at its best
    It's a beautiful and very tranquil place and just perfect for a day out in nature. Was abit disappointing as meals were slow and they ran out of simple meals like French fries/chips especially being such a place. Recommend those with picnic baskets or lunch boxes to carry them, as you still have to pay an entrance fee to the park/reserve as well as a fee at the hotel entrance for using their facilities. They can conduct a hike to the bottom of the lake and from where we were, seems like a perfect excursion for those willing to trek and enjoy wildlife there. For us, we were just content to enjoy the views and the facilities from up there. In all, a place worth another visit especially in their cosy accommodation at their tents.

    TREASURE LAKE
    We had the lovely moment in lake nyala it was so nice to us creating for the new life time experience in our mind we spent one day here for enjoyment i can not explain my feeling in wide way but what i can say is the area is well gifted for nature and we have to experience this go and see
