Girls trip! We enjoyed our stay and would return! I didn’t know what to expect by reading some of the other reviews from last month but I thought the grounds were beautifully taken care of and the property was well staffed. We had a good experience at all their restaurants and getting served at the pool. They have two pool areas, one for families and one adults only. Loved the island feel of this resort (away from downtown Miami) great beach to walk on each morning. It’s like an old money beach cottage kind of luxury, could it get modernize, ya sure, but it’s not necessary for its price point and if you come with good people you’ll have a good time. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and we will come back! Covid protocols were appropriate and hand sanitizer stations were everywhere.

Ritz Carlton Spa Getaway
I can't say enough about my experience at the Ritz Spa in Key Biscayne. From the assistance I received when making my spa reservations ( November Specials) all the way through until my departure. When I called to make my appointments The young lady who assisted me gave me her recommendation on the order I should get my treatments so that I could enjoy each one to the max. Once I arrived I was greeted and was informed of the Covid procedures they have and then asked to take a seat after being offered a refreshment. My first treatment was a massage that was incredible. It was very relaxing and I wish It could have gone longer. After that I went to get a facial which for me was the highlight. Everything was explained to me during my facial and she made sure I was comfortable through out the entire experience. I finished off with the Manicure and Pedicure. Also, found it to be a great experience. I definitely would recommend the Ritz Spa in Key Biscayne as the staff there is AMAZING!!! Will sure be back to visit soon.

Excellent manicure & pedicure
Excellent manicure and pedicure! I called down 9am and booked an appointment for 10:30am the same day. The salon and spa are very nice in an old Ritz kinda way with big moldings and lots of woodwork but both need severely updated is the only reason for 4 stars…the treatment was 5 stars all the way. I had a mango deluxe pedicure approx 1 hr and it was thorough…definitely one of the best pedicures I’ve had and a classic manicure 30 minutes, which was great but next time I’d book both treatments as the deluxe version. The salon is very relaxing, soft music piped thru, quiet, natural light from windows, comfy chairs. I booked my husband the same manicure pedicure for that afternoon and he loved his as well. $198 included the built in tip. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely return.
