Great Museum and Artist

I had never heard of M K Ciurlionis before, and we hadn't planned on visiting this museum either, but it was a wet day, so we did. I'm so pleased we visited, this museum is great, the artists work was amazing, it almost had a fairy-tale quality about it. I even bought a book of the Artist, which is great too. Definitely worth a visit if you love Art.

Simply amazing!
Visited second time 3 years and would do it again.Amazing place with great atmosphere, art and very friendly staff. Ciurlionis one of favourite artist of mine is main reason for the visit but it s plenty of other artists works available. very modern and well planned space. could spend hours also entrance are very cheap!

I have never before been to a museum where a staff member comes to ask if I would like to hear music composed by the artist. The woman was very polite and advised me to sit down in the concert hall and listen to the symphony I had chosen. I spent about a half an hour listening to it. It was beautiful, and also relaxing after a long day. The artwork of Ciurlionis was touching and skillful, with many layers and interesting (also sad) themes. A great visit!
