Yep, it's busy

The only place where 7 cross roads come together and the lights all turn red at the same time. Thousands of pedestrians then all cross at the same time. Just amazing.

    Quiet crossing under construction
Visited before noon in a time when there were almost no tourists in Japan. Road construction work on-going, counted to 5 crossroads instead of previous 7. Enjoyed my coffee at Starbucks above the crossing. Quiet Thursday. Did some shopping in the area. Easily accessible as it is just outside of Shibuya station. I can imagine it must be very busy in the evenings when the Japanese return from work by trains and with a load of tourists on top of that. In these pandemic times, it was almost a bit disappointing that it was so quiet.

    Busy
A very busy place where multiple zebra crossings converge on a large road junction. Lots of people videoing themselves crossing the road. You can get a view from around the junction from some of the shops and cafes. The roof top viewing we went to find ended up being closed for an open air concert and we decided not to pay to see it. Worth a few minutes if you are near by.
