Must Do for Noodle Lovers
A well spent Saturday afternoon! We arrived late morning and booked our time slot to make our own noodles. The museum is interesting and you can wonder around at your own pace, seeing the types of noodles developed throughout the years and the history was insightful. The noodle making was a fun addition and would definitely recommend doing this to top off your trip. Designing the cups, picking the toppings and watching the process was a lot of fun which couples, friends and families could all enjoy. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel included by explaining the process throughout in English. Definitely good fun and definitely recommend! Note: to make your own noodles there is an additional (inexpensive) cost and time slot so arrive early

Must Go in Yokohama
Its a very spacious compound with every section laid out neatly, it shows the history and life story of founder of Nissin Mr Momofuku Ando. How he overcame his problems and came up with a noodle that changed our lives. It is very informative and the entire space is bright and easy to walk around. There is also a huge area to DIY our own cup noodes (extra charge), please try!! Don't be taken aback by the long queues because it moves very fast, and there is staff there to allocate seatings for you. It was a really fun experience and nice souvenier to bring back. Lastly, don't forget to check out the souvenior shop, i bought some really cute Nissin cup noodle magnets, a nissin noodle eraser and even a tee shirt with the cute chick mascot. The tee is not expensive and good quality cotton. They also sell limited edition cup noodles only available in some countries.
