Best Adult Experience Ever
The interaction with the animals along with the knowledge of the owners were amazing. They were very patient and understanding and willing to answer even the smallest or dumbest questions we had. They went above and beyond for us and we never felt rushed as you do with some facilities. This will 100% be a yearly thing along with taking my kids separately so they can have this experience as well. I do recommend if this is something for you personally as the adult, to go with other adults instead of your children. I feel as though if I had my children with me I wouldn't have gotten the full affect cause I would be worried about them doing something accidently. I hate online reviews because you never know when someone is lying or paid to write something but I can tell you this is 100% worth your time and money. This really was an amazing experience and I will continue to and then volunteer as well! Thank you this amazing opportunity Safari Zoological Park!!!!

You MUST add this to your KS. Road Trip list!!
We went to this zoo this summer and it is the best zoo in Kansas!! This is a hidden gem and a MUST SEE zoo! I purchased the Reptile package for my 2 daughters for $30 which included admission and the general admission for myself. We had a 1 1/2 hour semi-private guided tour with a group of less than 10 people. The guides were AMAZING! The zoo came alive as they told stories of all of the animals. We loved the story of how a mother dog adopted and nursed tiger cubs who had been abandoned by their mother. It was evident that the guides loved the animals and the animals were so interactive and responsive to their love. I've never seen bears, and tigers so close and interactive. We had the best time! My daughters had the time of their lives holding the reptiles, they had plenty of time and were not rushed. We highly recommend a day trip to this amazing zoo, you won't regret it!!
