Tranquil walk in a lovely park
Close to Koldinghus, is the popular playground and park known as Legeparken. Legeparken is a recreational area for children and adults, and it is open all year round. The main attraction is a 5000 square metre artificial lake, featuring free rowing boats. You will also find assorted playground equipment, activity buildings, a kiosk, grill sites and toilets.

An oasis for children and families
Wonderful place for a family picnic or for letting the children enjoy some activities under open skies; Pedal rides, row and pedal boats and other playground activities, all free of charge in a relaxing environment. Great place to arrange childrens' birthday parties. Also an ice cream parlour on the grounds.

This is unexpectedly good for a walk or chill
We did a walk from the central station up there , nice to plan it like this so you see a bit of the city and feel the architecture and streets of Kolding. The park is really for kids and I suppose a half day they would have fun around all the attractions there. Simple, not digital and all 21 century electronics, but time for a real play. I would advice for all families with kids till 14 age.
