Beautiful floating architecture by the water
This is beautiful architecture building situated at the pier in Vejle. A great landmark building design by Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson. The building has unique design architecture and you can experience many different architectural angles and views of the inlet and the harbour, all framed by the building’s arched openings and windows. Water flows through two of the ground floor rooms, and a whirling metal sculpture expands from the ceiling to form a drooping tip. I find the building architecture is the best work of art talent and its beautiful indeed. Highly recommend to visits the place.

Olafur Eliasson at his finest
Acclaimed Danish architect Olafur Eliasson (who also designed Reykjavik's Harpa building) was commissioned to produce this castle-like office building that rises out of the waters of Vejle Harbour. The public can access the ground floor only across a walkway from the main promenade. It's a superb, modern building, its geometric form consisting of 4 concentric circles, strikingly using thousands of differently coloured unglazed bricks. The building offers great views across the harbour but look up too for the skylights.
