Wonderful Besser Rev
Word is not enough to explain the beauty of this place. It's a thin land between water body's. The tide of the sea is great. The sound of wave in a peaceful nature is great. We enjoyed our time there.

Great hike
Nature at its best. Fabulous views from the hill out on the reef. Great sea and wildlife views. Preferably a walk on a clear sky day. No cafe’s around - bring your own drink and snacks

Scenic Spot for Walks and Picnic
We didn't walk out to the end of the spit as we were fast running out of time with a ferry back to the mainland to catch. However, even from the car park at the start of the headland you can see it is a lovely location. It is reached by taking the road through Besser and then following it on until the end, it becomes a dirt track for the last few hundred metres but is passable in any vehicle. There are picnic benches in the car park.
