Highly recommended. Worth of every second spent. Fascinating view of the sorrounding and the vast Kattegat strait.

Great view and nice sunset location
Great spot for a nice view over to Tunø and the Aarhus bay. If you have a bicycle with you then it’s a steep ascend but worth it. Bring a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset. Then have dinner in Nordby.

Hike with great views
We used Ballebjerg as the starting point for our circuit walk to Issehoved. Starting with great views from the tower, then descending to the beach. Following the shoreline all the way to Issehoved. Rocky beach most of the way so sturdy shoes are recommended. Low winds and a clear day offering great seaviews. From Issehoved, take the green marked trail back going across the fields back to Ballebjerg. The track is very well signposted and fairly easy to walk. Again fab views are offered in plentiful. The track in total is 10km. Bring food and water. Enjoy.
