A beautiful lake in the middle of the dessert.
Dumat Al-Jandal Lake is an amazing lake in the ancient Dumat Al-Jandal city, located on an area of about 1 million square meters and is 585 meters deep. It was formed in a low hillside elevation from all sides and fed by rainwater, groundwater and agricultural water, it is the first lake that I saw in Saudi Arabia and probably the only one, we visited the lake from 2 spots both were breathtaking, a nice landscaping is done along its shores with nice areas for sitting and picnic, some cafes are there with jet ski rentals, highly recommended to pay a visit .
