Nice and peaceful
Go on a sunny day. It's a very nice park and a lovely place for a picnic. There are next to zero ruins to see but there are signs everywhere telling of the history of this place in English, Chinese, and German. It takes about 1-2 hours to walk around the whole place. It costs 20rmb/adult and 10rmb/student, children, seniors. This does not include the amusement park.

Very pretty, there really aren't ruins though lol
We went one afternoon with a group. My ticket was bought for me, so I can't tell you the price. But basically, it's a nice place where you can go to get some greenery in :) There really aren't too many ruins though. As I understand it, ruins were found there and then shipped out to other places. Overall, it's a nice little way to spend a day if you're looking for something to do in Changzhou. I wouldn't say it's the most important thing to get to though.

Not so much ruins
Went there in the summer time. I was expecting to see more ruins but most of the buidlings there were newly built. The inner part of the park is surrounded by water, lots of bugs in the summer. The ruins exist in the inner part of the park nothing excavated at the site can been seen. Most artifacts are in various museums around the park. If you go there in the summer bring lots of water and bug spray.
