“Wu” culture and history
It is a museum with unique cultural display. There are museums with much larger array of display in this world, but the Suzhou museum stands out in terms of the specialised contents on display (e.g., you will get mainly “Wu” cultural displays, and there isn’t any filler elements like dinosaur skeletons or things like that). The bamboo garden outside is nice and the main outdoor area is picturesque too.

Shapes and light
Very impressive design of building with clear routes to see the many exhibition areas. Rather busy in golden week but quite pleasant. The external area at night is quite the backdrop.

Great visit, beautiful museum
Great museum! Recommend going in the early morning or else there are too many people. Loved how there was an outdoor section. The museum was designed by the same architect who designed the Louvre, and I thought it was great how the exhibitions were works of art, but the same could be said of the museum itself.
