Great temple and check out the area as well
Plenty of other small or big museums nearby, we spent roughly 4 hours in this area. Confucius temple as such great as well, and lots of small shops and restaurants to have a coffee or snack. One of the must see areas in Nanjing. From here, we walked about 20-30 min to the Gate of China (City Wall Museum and access to the actual wall).

Nice Night Visit
We enjoyed walking around here at night seeing the many lights and side streets. There a quite a few restaurants and shops to go to as well. It definitely comes alive at night and can be crowded near the entrances. The temple itself sounded and looked more like a club when we went in March 2021 and the lantern displays looked like new setups. There is a canal that goes through this area with boats. The closest metro is Fujimiao Station (Confucious Temple Station). You can easily walk to Bailuzhou Park from here.

Something to do, if you have time
Didn't find this area too interesting. Filled with really touristy shops and snacks Took the boat ride, really was eager to get off. not much to see. Found a couple small museum and house type places within the complex. There wre the most interesting thing about the area.
