    Murals really brighten up the downtown!
    Wow! Walking around downtown Jackson, you can't help but run into a mural or two or three! Since 2018, the Bright Walls mural initiative has brightened up the downtown business district with bright and thoughtful murals by artists, both local and national, plus several international artists from the Netherlands, Brazil, Italy, and South Africa. Looking at several murals up close, we noted the quality of the materials and the creative process. In warmer weather, we could definitely spend time walking and enjoying the murals block after block!

    Downtown Murals
    Bright Walls Murals is an annual event in downtown Jackson. Murals are created by a variety of artists with a variety of themes. Parking downtown is free on street. You can park and walk around to enjoy and take pictures of these awesome murals anytime. These murals really brought Jackson to life. If in the area, go downtown to see these works of art!
