Villarossa is a family owned business. The olive groves are located in Rosini, just outside Tar-Vabriga. Years of dedication, hard work and passion for our olives has lead us to create a truly excellent olive oil. We care for our olives personally, each day, from the flowers in spring till the bottling process. The olive oil is made exclusively with fresh olives from our olive grove directly by mechanical means, cold pressed, without the use of any solvents and under temperatures that will not degrade the oil. We are not mobsters or buyers for multi-national corporations. We are real people with real families who are passionate about what we do. This care for quality is the key to understand our superior category olive oil. Shop tastings are free, no need to reserve a visit to the shop, just drop by. Farm tour is booked by phone, message or e-mail.

Excellent extra virgin olive oil
It's very nice when you can get a full explanation about the product theat you are going to buy. Nice and cozy family owned farmhouse shop. Excellent olive oil.

Very good olive oil
We were there during our holiday. The small shop is at the farm house. We tasted thwo kinds of olive oil. Both was delicious. We bought blend oil, because second was too spicy for us.
