Come and see, you will enjoy
For Svetvicenat I have many memories from my life, and I was here for many times, but not last five years, maybe more…. Town is still with lot of historic places and main castle is now in some new dimension, with fantastic “museum” what is not classic museum than virtual enjoy for many senses. My friends and me we spent two hours there and all of that time we enjoy. Especially on the end of trip when we drunk local beer Kampanjola…. but that is some other story…..

We loved Svetvincenat- what a delightful surprise.
My wife & I came across Svetvincenat on our way to Rovinj and rated this the best place we visited in Istria. The old fort and old town, with it's lovely little church and quaint refreshment houses really appealed to us- and there's very few tourists. The weekend after our visit they were obviously going to have a large event, presumably intended for the locals. We guess it would have been a fun event. We loved the place so much, we didn't stop in Rovinj for very long and specifically came back there to eat at the Pizzeria Grimani- see separate review. We'd come back any time we ever visit the area again.
