Amazing!
Please allow yourself this amazing experience! Our familie of six, containing of both children and adults, most of us without any experience in doing any yoga whatsoever, shared this time wonderfull time together on the padle boards. The instructor Tihana is so lovely and really pleasent, and she allowed the lesson to include us all. The 1 and 1/2 hour we spent on the paddleboards was truly relaxing, and gave us all a feeling of coping and a time of peace and quiet. Please do not miss out on this!

An amazing experience
My partner and myself hired some boards for an hour, the instructor saw we were enjoying it so much that they allowed us to carry on for longer at the same price. (Which is a great price) We decided to do the glow night tour. What an incredible experience!! I would recommend this to everyone visiting. It was beautiful. The instructor was incredible and so so helpful, we didn't feel unsafe or uncomfortable at any point. We paddled along the coast quite a way out, into the moonlight. The lit boards allowed you to see world beneath the water at night. I cannot express how much we enjoyed it, we got a real buzz. Thank you so much Metta SUP, you gave us a night to remember. You HAVE to try this, you will love it!

Give it a go, you'll love it
I would have loved to do this everyday, unfortunately I only made two sessions. Reasonably priced with a great instructor. They offer yoga and pilates sessions as well as the hire of the boards to paddle at your leisure. I had two sessions of pilates, being a regular pilates goer being on a paddle board is a whole new experience.
