Fun and interesting full day out

This all day excursion from a pier in Rabac, was a great value day out. The entertaining captain and courteous crew gave instructions in Croatian, German and English. His homemade schnapps was like jet fuel (fig based apparently), there were plenty of other drinks to buy, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The boat was clean and well presented. We saw lots of dolphins during the day, the cave was small but interesting, the afternoon beach was very pretty. The food choice was basic, but fine. Probably a good idea to eat or bring breakfast before boarding.

    Pirate's picnic/ party cruise/ dolphin show
Did this boat trip on Tuesday and really enjoyed. We left the harbour at 0830 and arrived back at 1700. Crew members very entertaining especially the gentlemen playing the accordion who had people dancing on the upper deck. Being from Wales I was thrilled when he played Tom Jones's Green Green Grass of Home, even the dolphins made an appearance. The food was fish or meat with salad and lots of choice to drink, the schnapps certainly warms you up. The swim stop by the caves was lovely as the water was so clear you could see the fish, Cres reminded me a bit of Venice with it's narrow alleys, miami beach ( not it's real name) was small but welcoming as it was hot. On the way back we were fortunate to have dolphins swimming alongside and jumping out of the water showing off. Thankyou guys, really enjoyed our day out with you all.

    Fun times
We went on the pirate cruise on Sunday 21st August as the Saturday cruise was fully booked, hence, showing how popular the trip is. The captain and the crew were a credit to how smooth the trip runs. The accordion music was fun and lot's of the passengers joined in the sing song. The blue caves are a fun swim in, jump off the boat and in you go. Miami beach is a pebble beach in a cove. Ship docks onto a jetty so all can get off the boat. Tip is to buy surfer type foot wear as like all the coves, it's all pebbles. Lovely clear water, take goggles. The food is basic but tasty and you get 2nd helpings. Have a fun day out but take plenty of sun tan lotion in case you burn. Have a great time.
