Great experience!

Kabola wines are produced from selected grapes grown in the northwestern part of the Istrian peninsula where soil, climate, location and tradition give the wines their unique "terroir". Vintners since 1891, the Markezic family has created a distinctive style of winemaking - one that respects the past and looks to the future.

Excellent service in an incredible setting
I'm not sure if the previous reviews about bad service led to changes, but the highlight of our pre-scheduled VIP wine tasting (the only option for small groups) was indeed the service. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and walked us around various parts of the area (though not everything because of Covid restrictions) and dedicated a lot of time to us, despite there being lots of guests. The meat and cheese plate was great and the wines were quite good, particularly the moscato. Also, the setting is absolutely drop dead gorgeous with lavender and grapes abound.

    Great ambience even better wine
One of the best looking vineyards of the region. Although the service and “mundanity” you get at Kozlovic can’t be compared to none, I like the Kabola wines better and the ambience it’s just so so nice here. About the wines - try everything as there are no wrong choices here. Possibly my favorite istrian Malvazija this year, I would also recommend as must try the “secco” the dry version of a muskat they started making recently, as for reds their supremo is just the best. Take that and you can enjoy life , meditate and be happy for a few days.
