Fantastic Chiavallon Olive Oil Tasting & Snacks
We had a wonderful experience on the Chiavallon olive oil farm! Bosko, a very knowledgeable and fun employee of the farm, showed us around the facility and did a great job of giving a history of olive oil and its production in general and the Chiavallon family’s organic olive oil production in particular. For 170 kn/person the guided tour and presentation of the production facilities included an extensive tasting of all those exquisite Chiavallon olive oil types - each of them certainly among the top olive oils on the market. The oil tasting was accompanied by a platter of local cheese and meat cuts, wine and water. Many thanks to Bosko who was a great host making our time during the tour and the tasting really worthwhile - we will certainly come back often whenever we’re in need of the very special Chiavallon olive oil!

Fantastic Olive ? Oil Tasting
Very interesting tasting - even for people who did it the first time. Our host - Bosko - did an outstanding job at explaining the different types of olive oils. We visited with 8 people and even for this big of a group it was a very interesting and pleasant experience. We were amazed that olive oil has a bitter and spicy aftertaste when you swallow it right ? Thank you so much for teaching us about the differences of olive oil! We learned something new today ? We will definitely recommend your place and place our future orders online! Again, thanks so much for the lovely experience!
