    Wonderful afternoon
A wonderful afternoon wine tasting with Anna at Benazic, you must pre book as they only do tastings on demand as a small family run business. Anna greeted us and have us an arrival drink of sparkling wine. After a short intro to the business we were sat and tried seven more wines paired with locally prepared food. Anna was very knowledgeable, lovely and made us feel very welcome. She even let us try the Brandy. Remember book in advance don’t just turn up!

    Wonderful wine tasting
This was an amazing afternoon and the highlight of our stay in Pula. We tried 8 wines and were provided a light platter each with food that paired exceptionally well with each wine. Our host, Katarina, was exceptional - she explained each wine and why it went well with particular foods and also took on all our questions. The venue is very pretty - we were sat outside with a table set up for each group (so it's nice and intimate) and flowers near the fence. They had a good selection of music playing in the background too. We also went downstairs to see the basement where they keep the wines and also saw where they make the wine on ground level. This is a must for couples, and also groups of friends. We ended up buying a bottle of wine and a bottle of brandy at the end because they were so nice! Only wish that we went during season (i.e. summer) so that we could have a meal there afterwards.
