How olive oil should taste…
The owners tell you all about their olive oil and wines. The oil is delicious and the wines are excellent. To taste the oil and wine well they give you a culinair tour with a sort of little tapas. It is amazing and it is a sort of food art. Surprise yourself and enjoy a wine/oil tasting. I would recommend it.

Wine and Oliveoil Palast Negri, wondefull couple Mr. and Mrs. Negri
We had a very, very great time at Palast Negri. William Negri and his loveley Wife explained about Oliveoil and Wine with an outstanding passion. You can really tell that they love what there produce. We could taste the Oliveoil with different kind of fish and cheese, served with the perfect wine to it. Afterwards we tried some Grappa and Liqueur. The quality of the products is excellent! If your around Labin, its a must to stop by and enjoy the tasting of oliveoil and wine.

Fantastic host
We visited Art Gastro as it happened to be on our route. We love wines and olive oils. The host explained throughly their process for both olive oiles and wines. We got to taste them and found them very good. We recommend!
