    Aqua is vital to Life
    That the Ancient Well in the Town Square, Motovun, Croatia has survived for centuries is a wonder. Motovun, Croatia is one of the ancient cities of Istria, and merits a visit.

    Interesting for Historical Value
    It wil only take you a couple of minutes to check this out, but it is interesting to note their need to have a water source within the fortified walls to stay safe. A bit unique to find a well in such an elevated location.
