Must do for John Wayne fans
LOVED the town and enjoyed touring the museum and John Wayne's birthplace. For an entry fee of $15 you have access to a short documentary on John Wayne that includes an introduction by his daughter, access to the small museum that has some interesting memoriabila and access to the home where he was born. The gift shop has a lot of gift items but you can also purchase several items at the Ben Franklin on the town square. Note... it doesn't take long to go through everything but if you are a fan of John Wayne I think it is worth the visit. They are currently in the process of expanding the museum but it was not complete during our visit.

One and done
We stopped here because my husband is a big fan. It cost $20 a person to see two rooms of memorabilia, the inside of the home where he was born, and a short 11 minute film. It was cool to see the items, but in hindsight, I would have just had my husband pay to see those things.
