Interesting Insight into 19th Century Corfiot Aristocratic Life
They provide guided tours in different languages and a welcome drink, of rose liqueur, and a sweet. Your are guided around 10 rooms in a Corfiot aristocratic home set in the mid 1800’s. The tour guide was really knowledgeable and friendly. Each room is decorated with period furniture and also contains mannequins, some of which move! These added to the enjoyment although the old lady in the rocking chair is straight out of a horror film.

Immersive historical experience
Im not a fan of XIX century but we gave it a chance. Very atmospheric, educational trip, short enough to not get You bored. I forgot our guides name but she was a young woman from Thessaloniki. She handled the Tour like a pro, well informed on the topic, answering all our questions and also throwing in Her own thoughts. This worker deserves some recognition from the Museum owners! Must see in Corfu Town
