Worth a Visit if You Like History
Many Chinese died building this fort for the Japanese. The tunnels are impressive. There are lots of artifacts and the museum is well laid out. Outside there a bunch of tanks arranged on the hillside that is really interesting to look at. Military people and history buffs should really like this.

OK place
Just a few real and "fake" artefacts from the last world war to show the military hardware used. Nice to stop for short while on way from hailar to grasslands. Nothing special but nonetheless still good to see.
