Good and informative museum
We both found this museum very good and informative and it's a great place to learn about the different pre-Inka cultures in this part of Ecuador. All the artefacts are beautiful and interesting too. The museum is free - an added bonus. All you have to do is provide your ID or passport details.

Interesting small museum
This small museum has a nice collection of local artifacts dating back thousands of year, and explains the local history in both English and Spanish. The guards at the door asked to keep my passport while I was in the museum.
