Very fun find!

My friend and I were in the area for a ghost hunt and found out this is where our clocks were made. We started collecting some and had no idea the factory was here. The museum is small but really nice. The people that were working there were very knowable and friendly. The entrance is free and it is one room.

    Stay for the Movie.
I've never met nicer, more enthusiastic volunteers as I did when visiting the Westclox Museum. These folks are ALL IN. And they should be - the items on display are not only fascinating and represent a number of historic moments in the life of this company, but apparently everything in this museum had been donated by locals. It's not a large place. You can probably see everything under an hour. But for all that is good and right with the world, make sure you stay and see the movie. For various reasons, we were unable to, but it would make their day if you did. High recommend, especially if you love retro/old-school things.

Local Gem- learn some local history in a brief time
The Westclox factory was a mainstay in the community until it was shut down in the early 1980's. The small, but beautiful museum does a great job of teaching the story of the factory and the impact it had on this town. The two curators are very knowledgeable and friendly. The information is relevant and there are a variety of items in the one-room museum. Worth a trip.
