Love the new arena!!

This place is incredible!! There’s not a bad seat in the house. The vibe is upbeat and the Cats have played well there!!

Great basketball venue
Even though my team lost, it was a great place to watch the game. We hadn't been to a game since the arena had been improved and it was a nice surprised to be seated in a seat with a back vs just a bleacher seat ( one of our party couldn't come so we had a place to pile our coats). Bathrooms were clean and convenient and food options the normal stuff (our daughter had tacos and said they were awesome - hubby enjoyed his popcorn). A fun time! We were able to grab street parking and easily walk to the arena! We hope to attend more games there in years to come!

McCormick MS Recognition Ceremony for MS graduates
On Saturday, June 22, 2019, the McCormick MS Recognition Ceremony was held in Welsh-Ryan Arena. What a beautiful venue for a graduation ceremony let alone a basketball game. If you ever attend a graduation ceremony there, you should have plenty of seating so no need to go extremely early. It is an excellent facility with plenty of space for a high school or Northwestern graduation.
